Marjorie Russell

Marjorie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Bucknell University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from LI University, CW Post. She completed the certification course work for Applied Behavior Analyst as part of the first cohort for the program at Southern Connecticut State University and continued on to take and pass the boards. She is also a certified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. She has worked in the field of education, counseling and positive youth development for the past 35 years. Most recently, Marjorie has immersed herself in the study of brain science and trauma informed counseling and intervention. As a Counselor, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Holistic Wellness Advocate, Marjorie works to integrate all her passions to help others. She is devoted to doing her part to change the world… one person, one body, one soul at a time. Marjorie believes in the power of connection and works with individuals to empower them to realize their best self. She believes that when we each, as individuals, are well in our mind and souls, nourished in spirit and join together in community with one another - we will change the world our world for the better on so many levels!

Marjorie lives with her husband of 36 years, Tom Russell. She and Tom have raised two daughters and a son. In her free time, Marjorie enjoys creating particularly gardening and watercolor painting.
